Commercial Air Conditioning & VRF: Designed, Installed, Maintained

From a single server room to VRF across a multi-site estate, we design, install and maintain commercial climate systems throughout Scotland and Northern England. Refcom certified engineers, 24/7 support, and clients, including Diageo, Arnold Clark and Alexander Dennis, who have stayed with us for decades, because the systems we design are the systems we're still maintaining in year fifteen.

Systems We Design and Install

01 Splits & multi-splits

Server rooms, small offices, retail units and back-of-house, fast to install, simple to maintain

02 VRF / VRV systems

Zone-by-zone control across whole buildings and estates, with one outdoor plant footprint and heat recovery where it pays

03 Close control & specialist

Server rooms, comms rooms and process cooling where temperature tolerance is tight and downtime isn't an option

Primary ranges: Daikin and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, specified per project. Every design starts from heat gains, occupancy and fresh-air requirements, not a catalogue page.

Where We Work

Offices & business parks

Comfort cooling and heating with zone control tenants can actually use

Retail & showrooms

Customer-facing comfort with plant kept out of sight and out of earshot

Hospitality & leisure

Hotels, restaurants and gyms, quiet operation and simultaneous heat/cool zones

Industrial & server rooms

Process cooling and close control where reliability is the whole brief

Air Conditioning That Heats: and Recovers

Every system we fit is a reversible heat pump, and on larger estates that changes the economics:

Commercial Air Conditioning Across Scotland & Northern England

We design, install and maintain commercial air conditioning from our Bathgate base, Edinburgh, Glasgow, the Central Belt and sites across Scotland and Northern England. And because cooling never lives alone in a plant room, the same team handles your commercial ventilation, wraps everything into one planned maintenance programme, and takes on full HVAC design and installation when a building needs more than a like-for-like swap. One contractor, one schedule, one number to call at 2am.

The honest bit: we won’t quote from a floor plan. Real loads, occupancy, refrigerant pipe runs and electrical capacity decide what a system costs to buy and to run, so every price follows a free site survey, in writing, with the assumptions shown.

What size of projects do you take on?

+

From a single server-room split to VRF across a multi-site estate, designed, installed and maintained by the same team, Scotland-wide and into Northern England from our Bathgate base.

Do you maintain systems you didn't install?

+

Yes, planned maintenance, F-Gas leak checks and reactive repair across all major brands, whoever installed them. Many of our longest contracts started exactly that way.

What are your response times?

+

Contract clients get 24/7/365 cover with KPI-backed response, 98% of reactive call-outs completed within client KPIs and an 87.4% first-time fix rate across thousands of visits.

Are you F-Gas / Refcom certified?

+

Yes, Refcom certified for all refrigerant work, with leak checks and F-Gas record-keeping handled within planned maintenance so your compliance file looks after itself.

Can the same system heat the building?

+

Yes, every modern VRF and split system is a reversible heat pump, and heat-recovery VRF moves heat from warm zones (server rooms, south elevations) to zones that need it. On many estates that's the strongest part of the business case.

How disruptive is installation in an occupied building?

+

We work around your operations, phased installs, out-of-hours work and weekend changeovers are all routine, planned with one point of contact.
